Function:

Tire inspection spreader is used to inspect the casing from inside to outside to evaluate the safety of the tire and make the decision whether the tire can be retreaded. Find and mark all visible and repairable defects on the acceptable tires.

There are various ways of tire initial inspection, but it boils down into three ways: visual inspection, pressure testing inspection and non-destructive inspection (shearography). We apply the Inspection spreader/ tire inspecter KTJ to The visual inspection, and Pressure Testing Machine CQJ to the pressure testing inspection.
